TWELVE OAKS

Twelve Oaks is a senior living community located in the park-like neighborhood of Montrose in northern Glendale. The community aims to provide accessible housing and healthcare services to seniors. Currently, it is undergoing redevelopment to enhance its facilities, which will include a new multilevel structure designed to accommodate up to 120 seniors with moderately priced residential care and memory care. The community emphasizes the importance of preserving its natural surroundings, including the oak trees that are integral to its identity. Residents are currently being supported during the transition as the facility temporarily closes for redevelopment.
